About The Project
This bespoke home bar was designed and built in-house by our team, ensuring complete control over every detail—from the initial concept sketches to the final installation. The clients wanted a sophisticated yet welcoming entertainment space that offered the look and feel of a high-end bar within their own home. Our aim was to transform an unused area into a refined social hub, combining craftsmanship, atmosphere, and practicality.
The Design Concept
The design is rooted in a rich, contemporary palette, balancing dark, moody tones with warm natural textures. Illuminated floating shelves highlight the client’s spirits collection, turning the back wall into a visual focal point. The bar itself features a curved front with ribbed detailing, complemented by soft, integrated lighting that enhances the sense of depth and luxury.
A key functional feature is the custom bar footrest, designed and fabricated by our workshop. Its curved, polished metal form mirrors the shape of the bar, offering both comfort and aesthetic cohesion. Upholstered bar stools with elegant wooden frames add warmth and tactility, while the herringbone flooring grounds the room with a timeless finish.
The Result
The finished bar is a beautifully crafted space that blends style, comfort, and expert craftsmanship. Built entirely in-house, it reflects our commitment to quality and detail at every stage of the process. The lighting, textures, and bespoke features—especially the custom footrest—work together to create an inviting environment perfect for hosting, relaxing, and enjoying everyday luxury. The Details
The surrounding finishes and carefully selected accents reinforce the bar’s rich, contemporary character. The deep-toned wall colour provides a dramatic backdrop for the bold artwork and guitars.
Within the bar itself the refined precision of the matte black fittings, sit seamlessly against the dark stone worktop and integrated sink, creating a cohesive, sculptural look. The illuminated shelving highlights the clarity and colour of the bottles, transforming everyday barware into a curated display.
