Now that your new kitchen is installed, we are still with you on your kitchen journey.
We value our clients and that is why we have an exceptional aftercare programme to ensure you enjoy your kitchen for many years to come.
Once your kitchen is installed we invite you into our design studio for an ‘Appliance Demonstration’ or for a virtual demonstration. This allows you to become familiar with your appliances and discover new functions, giving you the opportunity to ask questions.
You will be emailed a ‘Retail Appliance Document’ which will detail all appliance model numbers and serial codes to allow you to register your appliances, activating normal appliance warranties.
Throughout your kitchen journey, you will be given a unique client number which will be engraved in your very own PRIVILEGE card. This card offers exclusive benefits including invites to many showroom and virtual events.
