COVID-19 Protocols

PRIOR TO A HOME VISIT FROM ANY MEMBER OF OUR TEAM, i.e. DESIGNER / SURVEYOR / INSTALLATION DIRECTOR, WE WILL CALL YOU TO CONFIRM THAT NO MEMBER OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD CURRENTLY HAS ANY SYMPTOMS OF CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

Our Showroom Protocol

To ensure the safety of our staff and clients, we have implemented a new protocol for our showroom.

If you would like to visit our showroom,  we require you to confirm that you do not have the coronavirus, you have no symptoms pertaining to the virus and you have not been in contact with anyone who has had the virus. If you would like to browse our products or arrange a meeting with one of our designers, please contact the showroom on +44 (0)1563 530 838 to arrange a suitable appointment.

01. Arrival

On arrival at our car park, please either phone your designer who will welcome you, or press our door entry system for access.

02. Welcome

You will be met by your designer or advisor and taken through our safety procedures, and then given the option to wear protective gloves/masks, etc which we will provide.

03. X2 Max

When visiting our showroom, please do not bring more than one other person with you.

04. Social Distancing

Our showroom staff will be observing social distancing at all times and will not breach the 2m rule with each other or with clients. We have floor markings throughout the showroom and offices to assist with this.

05. Cleanse

Before and after every client’s appointment time, we will cleanse the showroom with sanitisers.

06. Temperature Testing

Finally, for our safety and yours, each of our staff has their own personal thermometer and they will be tested daily, with the results being logged.

Virtual Design Consultations

We also offer Virtual Design Consultations for clients who wish to discuss their requirements from the comfort of their own home.

Our Survey Protocol

To ensure staff and client safety during the Design Consultation and Kitchen Survey stage, we have implemented a new protocol:

01. Arrival

On visiting your home at the agreed time, our designer/surveyor will sanitise on arrival and put on protective gloves/mask.

02. Survey

We will carry out the survey, which will take no longer than 30 minutes from start to finish.

03. Social Distancing

During our visit, our staff will observe social distancing and will ensure the 2m rule is enforced at all times.

Our Installation Protocol

The safety of our Installation team and our clients is important and so we have implemented the following protocol:

01. Arrival

On arrival at the appointed time, our Installation team will wear protective gloves and masks. We will isolate the kitchen from the rest of your house as far as possible, using protective covers.

02. Minimal Installers

We will only have 2 installers in your home at any time, with the exception of lifting heavy objects - such as solid worktops - which will require 4-5 people in your home for a short period of time.

03. Sterilize

At the end of each working day, our installers will wipe down surfaces with sanitisers.

04. Daily Checks

Finally, for our safety and yours, each of our staff has their own personal thermometer and they will be tested daily, with the results being logged and checked.
